Step 1: While in Tenant Pro 7 click on file and select "Backup"

Step 2: Tenant Pro 7 will ask you if you want to continue, click "Yes" |

Step 3: In the backup window, click the checkbox for the property you wish to switch to Total Management. Ensure the "Compress Files" option is selected and click "Backup" |

Step 4: Once the backup is complete make note of where the backup file was saved and click "Ok" |

Step 5: Quit Tenant Pro 7 and from the Windows Explorer navigate to the backup location from the step 4. Select your backup file and send it to Total Management! |
