Justin Pearl, property owner and manager was looking for software to help him efficiently manage multiple residential and commercial properties in a cost-effective way.
After testing every product in the market, he realized that all existing property management software was either too expensive, or were only designed to handle a small number of units.
When Justin explained the problem to David Gruhin, Justin's long-time friend and CEO of MobleWeb4U, David encouraged Justin to build a better property management solution. David put Justin in contact with Dr. Jonathan Goler, Ph.D, a programmer and friend. Together using Justin's first-hand knowledge of the industry, and David and Jon's technology backgrounds, the company was formed.
