Justin Pearl, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Justin Pearl is the Co-Founder of Total Management and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He also owns and manages residential and commercial property in Cleveland and Toledo, Ohio. Prior to forming Total Management, Justin founded a property management company specializing in underperforming multi-housing and commercial properties. Previously, he worked in the Residential Group of Forest City Enterprises Inc., one of the largest real estate development companies in North America. Justin received his BS in Finance & Economics from Tulane University.

Justin's hobbies include Scuba Diving and complex accounting. He is also a licensed private pilot.
