Joshua Pearl, Advisor

Joshua Pearl is an adviser to Total Management and one of our initial investors. He has ten years of professional finance experience. Most recently, he was a Director at UBS Investment Bank in Leveraged Finance where he structured leveraged loan and high yield bond financings, as well as leveraged buyouts. Pearl is also the co-author of Investment Banking: Valuation, Leveraged Buyouts, and Mergers & Acquisitions (Wiley Finance, 2009). He is also a consultant for Knopman Financial, a training firm for FINRA licensing examinations. He received his BS in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
